Legal basis for processing: the data subject’s personal consent under Section 5(1) of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information. (Section 5(1): personal data may be processed if a) the data subject consents, or b) processing is ordered by an Act or, under statutory authorisation and within the scope specified therein, by a local government decree for a purpose based on the public interest.)
If you provide us with written material (in an email sent to any of our servers), you acknowledge that it is suitable for publication and agree that Badushow Hungary Bt. may, without any liability, store, process and publish it and use its contents in part or in full. You also undertake not to initiate legal proceedings against us in relation to the material provided and to indemnify Badushow Hungary Bt in the event of a claim by a third party.
We store the data you provide in a protected environment and use technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised persons from accessing it. You must accept our company’s statement on data processing when providing your data. We disclose the data you provide to third parties only with your consent, for which we request your prior permission.
2.) Scope of the data processed:
Billing name, billing address, postcode, street and house number, mobile telephone number, email address, country, county and town.
Personal data may be processed only for a specified purpose, to exercise a right or fulfil an obligation. Processing must comply with that purpose at every stage. Section 4(2): only personal data that are essential and suitable for achieving the purpose of processing may be processed, and only to the extent and for the period necessary to achieve that purpose. Section 5(3): in the case of mandatory processing, the types of data to be processed, the purpose and conditions of processing, access to the data, the duration of processing and the identity of the controller are determined by the Act or local government decree that orders the processing. Before data are collected, the data subject must be informed whether providing the data is voluntary or mandatory. Where providing the data is mandatory, the legislation ordering the processing must also be identified.
3.) Duration of processing:
In the case of data provided by the user, we delete the data, on the basis of the user’s voluntary decision, within 8 working days of receiving a deletion request. If the user uses personal data unlawfully or deceptively, or commits a criminal offence, Badushow Hungary Bt. may immediately delete all of their personal data upon becoming aware of this, at the same time as deleting the registration.
4.) Deletion of personal data:
Deletion requests must be sent by email to info@badushow.hu. Badushow Hungary Bt. deletes the data within 8 working days of receiving the deletion request. Once deleted, the data in the profile cannot be restored.
5.) Possibility of amending the data processing policy:
Badushow Hungary Bt. reserves the right to amend this data processing policy unilaterally, with prior notice to users. By using the service after the amendment takes effect, you accept the amended data processing policy. Users’ rights in relation to the processing of their personal data: users may request information about the processing of their personal data. On request, the controller provides the data subject with information about the data it processes, the purpose, legal basis and duration of processing, the processor’s name, address (registered office) and activities relating to the processing, and the persons who receive or have received the data and for what purpose. Requests for information must be sent by email to info@badushow.hu, and the data subject receives a reply within 10 working days. Users may request deletion of their data as specified under the section on the duration of processing. Transfer of data: data processed by Badushow Hungary Bt. may be accessed only by its employees and members. (Under Act CXII of 2011, data may be transferred, and different processing operations may be linked, if the data subject has consented or if an Act permits it, and if the conditions for processing are met for each item of personal data.
Users may exercise their legal remedies before a court under Act CXII of 2011 and the Civil Code (Ptk.), and may also seek the assistance of the Data Protection Commissioner. (2) The controller must inform the data subject of the reason for refusing the information. (3) The controller notifies the data processing Authority annually of rejected requests. Section 17(1): the controller must correct inaccurate data. (2) Personal data must be deleted if a) their processing is unlawful; b) the data subject requests it in accordance with Section 14(1)(c); c) the purpose of processing has ceased. (3) Except in cases of unlawful processing, the obligation to delete does not apply to personal data whose carrier must be placed in archival custody under legislation protecting archival material. Section 18: the data subject and all persons to whom the data were previously transferred for processing must be notified of correction and deletion. Notification may be omitted if, in view of the purpose of processing, this does not prejudice the data subject’s legitimate interests. Section 19: the rights of the data subject (Sections 14-18) may be restricted by an Act in the interests of the State’s external and internal security, including national defence, national security, crime prevention or law enforcement, as well as State or local government financial interests, or to protect the rights of the data subject or others. Judicial enforcement: Section 22(1): if their rights are infringed, the data subject may bring proceedings against the controller before a court. (2) The controller must prove that processing complies with the legislation. (3) The case falls within the jurisdiction of the regional court in whose territory the controller has its registered office. A person who otherwise lacks capacity to be a party to proceedings may also be a party to the case. (5) If the court grants the application, it orders the controller to provide information; correct, block or delete the data; annul a decision taken through automated data processing; take account of the data subject’s right to object; or release the data requested by the recipient specified in Section 21. (7) The court may order publication of its judgment, including the controller’s identifying data, if the interests of data protection and the rights protected by this Act of a larger number of data subjects require this. Compensation: Section 23(1): the controller must compensate for damage caused to another person by unlawful processing of the data subject’s data or by breaching the requirements of technical data protection. The controller is exempt from liability if it proves that the damage was caused by an unavoidable circumstance outside the scope of processing. (2) Compensation is not payable to the extent that the damage resulted from intentional or grossly negligent conduct by the injured party.)

In connection with the Customer’s order, you send us your email address, surname and first name, as well as: mobile telephone number, landline telephone number, project site address, secondary email address, contact person’s name, address and contact details, etc.;
When a contract is concluded, you provide us with information about yourself, the product you wish to purchase, your delivery and/or installation address, billing details, selected payment method, telephone number, etc.
For every contract, we request information from you about the specific products to be installed and services to be provided for the project concerned. This ensures a closer relationship between the Customer and Badushow Hungary Bt and serves as evidence in the event of misunderstandings.
8.) What personal data do we process and request from you when you ask for a quotation?
Generally, we also request your personal data directly from you digitally, by email, so during collection you can influence the types of information you share with us. For example, we only request the following information from you:
– an exact description of the product ordered,
– the quantity required,
– photograph(s) of the site or product, where applicable,
– exact dimensions,
– the product data sheet,
– the project site address (at the first stage, giving only the town’s name is sufficient),
– the colour of the selected product,
– the type of product.
If we do not receive sufficient information from you to prepare a quotation, Badushow Hungary Bt reserves the right to refuse to prepare or send the quotation!
9.) To whom do we transfer your personal data?
In certain cases, we transfer your personal data to parties in the following categories, or give them access to certain personal data about you:
Delivery of goods: We provide the carrier with the relevant data according to what you enter in your order. The data transferred in this way primarily include your surname and first name, delivery address and contact telephone number, and, if the goods have been settled/paid for by advance bank transfer, the amount still payable on receipt of the goods. The carrier may process the personal data provided only for delivery of the goods and must then delete those personal data without delay.
Public authorities: when enforcing our rights, we may make your personal data available to third parties (for example, a lawyer, NAV, accounting, BM). Where legislation or public authorities require us to transfer your personal data, we are obliged to take this step.
We fully guarantee that a private-law organisation identified as a third party may access your data only in full compliance with the statutory provisions concerning data protection, information security and confidentiality, and within the contractual scope set out in the agreement concluded with that organisation.
10.) Data of persons under 18:
Persons under 18 may not purchase or order the products or Services available on our website. A person under 18 may use our website only if they have obtained the consent of their legal representative (parent or guardian).
