How to Order

How to order (or how can you order products from us?) The website does not operate as an online shop, so the ordering process differs from the usual online shop ordering process!

BUT! The website does not always use cookies or applications that make you feel that your thoughts are being read, or that show advertisements for products you previously entered into a search box on other websites. We take care of your personal data!

You do not even have to register when placing an order! If you cannot find a particular product on the website, this does not mean that we do not have it or that it does not exist. Write to us or call us, and we will reply to the email address you provide with the product’s price and delivery time! (It is worth checking your spam folder too!!!)

You can order from us in two ways, as follows:

We only accept orders sent by email!!!

I. Payment on delivery (click here for more information)

1.) For parcels sent with payment on delivery, please send the following information to our email address: info@badushow.hu!

1/1.) The exact name of the product you wish to order
1/2.) The product’s item number, if shown
1/3.) The number of units of the ordered product you require
1/4.) Your full name (the company name for a business)
1/5.) Delivery address (where you would like the parcel delivered. It is important that someone is present at this address from 8:00 in the morning to 16:00 in the afternoon, as the courier delivers during this period)
1/6.) Billing address
(a tax number must be provided for a business)
1/7.) Email address
1/8.) Telephone number (the courier will use this to notify you about the exact arrangements for receiving the parcel)
1/9.) Payment: on delivery

We work with the GLS courier service! There is a weight limit for entry-level Lay-Z Spa inflatable hot tubs. If the box weighs less than 40 kg, we will most likely deliver it using the courier company mentioned above (delivery time: 1-3 days, depending on stock availability).

For Lay-Z-Spa hot tubs weighing over 35 kg, there is another delivery option: the OEM-pack delivery arrangement. In this case, you receive two parcels. One contains the inflatable liner, top covers and accessories, while the other contains the pump!

If the weight exceeds 40 kg, we can send the product to the address provided using another external courier company (delivery time: 4-7 days, depending on stock availability).

 

 

II. Payment by advance bank transfer (click here for more information)

2.) For orders paid by advance bank transfer, please send the following information to our email address: info@badushow.hu!

This option is important when you order a high-value product, or a product that is not a regularly stocked, popular item and takes more than 2-3 weeks to procure, or when it is more convenient for the Customer.
2/1.) The exact name of the product you wish to order
2/2.) The product’s item number, if shown
2/3.) The number of units of the ordered product you require

Once the above information has arrived at our email address, we issue a payment request that includes our bank account number. Once the invoice amount has reached our account, we begin arranging the procurement, manufacture and delivery of the ordered products! Before dispatch, we notify the Customer (by email or telephone) that the parcel will arrive soon! (It is worth checking your spam folders too!!!)

Please note! Most of the emails we send to the following email addresses end up in the spam folder, or the mail server returns them as undeliverable! Please do not write to us from the email domains listed below; if possible, use another address! Thank you!
